- The Grievance Redressal Assessment & Index (GRAI) aims to offer an organization-wise comparative picture and deliver insights regarding strengths and improvement areas in grievance redressal mechanisms.
- The GRAI is conceptualised and designed by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG).
- It evaluates organizations based on Efficiency, Feedback, Domain, and Organisational Commitment.
- It utilizes data from the Centralized Public Grievance Redressal and Management System (CPGRAMS).
