  • The framework is designed to recognize and reward states and organizations that excel in quality and innovation.
  • It is aimed at achieving a developed India (Viksit Bharat).
  • It evaluates performance based on four main pillars:
    • Shiksha (Education): Uttar Pradesh leads, with Delhi also showing significant performance.
    • Swasthya (Health): Notable achievements in health certifications under the Ayushman Arogya Yojana by Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthan, Mizoram, and Manipur. Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra excel in Medical Entry Level Testing Labs rankings.
    • Samriddhi (Prosperity): Economic prosperity is led by Gujarat, Karnataka, and Rajasthan through ZED certifications. Maharashtra and Bihar are highlighted in the MSME Competitive LEAN Scheme.
    • Sushasan (Governance): Focuses on enhancing the quality of governance across these regions, thereby improving the overall administrative efficacy and citizen satisfaction.
  • This structured approach promotes a competitive spirit among states and aligns to improve citizens’ quality of life in diverse governance and public welfare dimensions.
